Tom Peterkin, winner of the Archie Kenneth Quaich

Congratulations to Eagle Pipers’ Society member Tom Peterkin who was awarded the Archie Kenneth Quaich for Piobaireachd against 24 other competitors at The Royal Scottish Pipers’ Society rooms in Edinburgh on Saturday 6 March.  Tom’s prize winning tune was Lament for the Little Supper.  2nd place went to Eric MacKimmon, Andrew Frater was 3rd, Alan Forbes 4th and John Frater 5th.  The competition was judged by Ronnie McShannon and Ronnie Clark.  Well done Tom!
